Brian and his team provided support for the lender’s environmental and social due diligence, reviewing construction management plans, health and safety documentation, emergency response plans, incidence reporting and biodiversity action plans against IFC Performance Standards, all to ensure compliance prior to financial close.  

He also co-authored the Environmental Monitoring Plan and provided extensive guidance on the the biodiversity action plan and emergency response plan in collaboration with the lender’s legal representatives.
