This project was undertaken for ENI in Egypt (Western Desert Meleiha Field and Red Sea Abu Rudeis Field). It included a program of observation, interview and inspection to develop a SWAT analysis of health and safety performance. Detailed feedback and recommendations were provided for the senior management team for ENI and their contractors.
