Offshore Safety Lead for 71 km long dredged channel in the Caspian Sea.

As the Offshore Safety Lead, Brian was responsible for representing the Tengizchevroil owners’ team within the dredging and dredging support fleet through construction of an access channel cargo handling facility. The role included providing direction and advice on safety management processes, risk assessment, safe operating practices, safe behaviours, incident investigation and reporting, vessel and workplace inspections, competency assessment, emergency response and leadership training within the contractor workforce. Of note, throughout Brian’s duration on this contract, the incident rate offshore was reduced significantly.
